The Commercial HVAC certificate course program is a unique partnership between the BOMA Technical Organization (BTO) and Chattahoochee Technical College. The program offers building engineers a five-semester HVAC program. Semester courses are topic-specific and may be taken out of sequence. The classes may be taken in conjunction with SMA classes or any other seminars. The Commercial HVAC Certificate Program does not provide credit toward a BOMI designation.

Ideal for students who are new to the commercial real estate industry or are upgrading their skills, the certificate program provides credit for academic accomplishments and is a good way to begin your journey toward a BOMI International designation.
