Property Managers who may join BOMA Georgia are owners and managers of commercial buildings, office parks, industrial office parks and other buildings. If multiple property managers from the same company join BOMA Georgia, one member is designated as the Key Representative and pays full membership dues. Additional members pay discounted Additional Member dues.

Facility Managers who may join BOMA Georgia are owners and managers of corporate buildings; hospitals and medical buildings; government facilities; hotels; churches; malls; and university and college administrative personnel. If multiple facility managers from the same company join BOMA Georgia, one member is designated as the Key Representative and pays full membership dues. Additional members pay discounted Additional Member dues.

Allied Members who may join BOMA Georgia are companies that provide products and services to the commercial office building industry. If multiple Allied Members from the same company join BOMA, one member is designated as the Key Representative and pays full membership dues. Additional members pay discounted Additional Member dues.

> BOMA Technical Organization
The BOMA Technical Organization (BTO) gives building engineers the opportunity to grow professionally while becoming more involved in the industry. Individuals who may join the BTO are building engineers and others with similar operations and maintenance responsibilities.
> Students
Student membership is open to anyone with an interest in property management who is actively enrolled in any accredited institution of higher education. No person shall qualify for student membership for more than four years, consecutively or non-consecutively. Any person who has previously been a member of BOMA Georgia or BOMA-Atlanta is not eligible for student membership.

The BOMA Safety and Security Organization (BSSO) gives security and life safety professionals at commercial office buildings and other commercial properties the opportunity to enhance their professionalism; increase knowledge of important aspects of safety and security; enhance their knowledge of property operations and management; and return value to the owners; managers; building tenants and visitors; and assets they serve.
