Join the BOMA Georgia Industrial Shared Interest Group for the upcoming lunch and learn event. This event will focus on the recycling options that are available to industrial tenants and how these options relate to sustainable landlord initiatives that impact the GRESB score and outside of the tenant responsibility.
The Industrial Special Interest Group (SIG) is geared solely to the needs and interests of industrial real estate managers. The SIG will meet quarterly for lunch. The group was formed to provide a forum where you can collaborate & learn from your counterparts, network & understand your competitive landscape, learn new tactics for handling common issues, and identify industry.

About the Speaker

Roni has spent 17 years of her career working in the CRE Service Industry. Going on her 9th year at Waste Pro, she is focused on major accounts and manages the Recycling Made Easy program for all Commercial and industrial real estate clients. With the recycling market as bad as it was in 2008, she is very focused on helping clients maintain recycling programs, costs and ownership initiatives. Roni is working towards getting her LEED Green Associate certificate, is an active member of BOMA and the Georgia Recycling Coalition.
