What are the new trends in lighting that not only improve energy efficiency but are also aesthetically pleasing. Tie in labor savings due to engineering having less bulbs to change. Cost, Labor, Time, & Efficiency for lighting would be great takeaways

Parking

New hi-tech equipment, etc. How the new equipment works, tenant satisfaction and possible cost savings. Some great takeaways would be technology regarding access, electric charging stations, and possibly payment i.e. google pay or iPhone pay instead of using a credit card.
