As an experienced senior executive, she has been instrumental in the growth of several start-ups, early-stage companies, as well as multinational established businesses who wish to diversify into new areas or new initiatives. Penny has extensive general management skills: operations, business-to-business, business-to-consumer sales, marketing, business development, affiliate & affinity partnerships.
More recently she has been advising clients in their Innovation in Business strategies, examining how technology is changing how businesses run, engage with their customers, employees and suppliers by creating an effective strategy and finding the right solution or solution partner to implement.
Dwayne Johnson has been serving with a local fire department in a major city since 1996 and is currently a Chief Officer.
Dwayne spent four of those years of service in the Fire Marshall’s office inspecting high rise structures for fire code compliance and evacuation preparedness and procedures. That was where he received very valuable experience and knowledge that he brings to Life Safety.
Dwayne is pursuing a Master’s in Public Administration. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Homeland Security and an Associates Degree in Fire Science. He is nationally certified as a Fire Inspector through the NFPA.
Dwayne has authored emergency response plans for Georgia Power, AT&T Atlanta Portfolio and other major high-rise structures in Atlanta and other cities in the US.
Craig Scullin is the Director of IT for Granite Properties and has over 20 years of experience across different facets of IT. At Granite, he oversees application delivery, security and software development. He also directs the firm’s charitable efforts. Craig is a graduate of UT Arlington (BS) and UT Dallas (MBA), and enjoys woodworking and learning to play guitar.
With 20 years in IT management andan excellent record of achievement and successful change management, Clayton Broemsen serves as IT Executive for Cousins Properties Incorporated. In that role, Clayton serves as a change leader and motivator, leading change in the organization and creating operational transformation through world class support models and employee engagement.
