Topic: Beyond the Building: How Facilities Management Drives Culture

In this talk, we will look at all the ways that Jackson Healthcare’s facilities management approach helps drive culture and reinforce the company’s corporate values. With the opening of their $100 million campus expansion earlier this year and significant renovations to their existing buildings, Jackson Healthcare’s investment in their associates goes far beyond salary and benefits. Come and hear from Jack Kennedy, Sr. Property Operations Manager, about how the company is investing in their associates for the long-term and how the facilities team helps drive the corporate values of Others First, Growth and Wisdom. You’ll hear about the key role that the facilities team plays in the success of the business and learn ways that you can help your organization achieve success.
