About the Speaker: 
 Luke Kill is a graduate of Georgetown University after which he served three years active duty as a commissioned Army officer. Subsequently Luke obtained a Juris Doctor degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in Cleveland. He began practice in Atlanta with a commercial real estate boutique where he represented various commercial clients including developers, owners and managers of retail, office, and industrial properties. After twenty years with his first firm, Luke continued his practice in 2007 with Andre Kill & McCarthy where he assists clients with commercial lease litigation and negotiation, bankruptcy creditor collection, commercial insurance coverage issues, lien foreclosures, receiverships, construction and general business litigation. Luke has been enforcing commercial leases on behalf of Landlords throughout the state of Georgia for more than thirty years. He has held the highest peer review rating for professional excellence for two decades. Luke has been an active member of BOMA Georgia serving on the Government Affairs and Community Service Committees.
