Two BOMA Georgia Properties Earn Southern Region TOBY Awards

BOMA Georgia is proud to announce that two member properties have been recognized as winners in the 2026 TOBY (The Outstanding Building of the Year) Awards for the Southern Region.

725 Ponce earned top honors in the 250,000 to 499,999 square feet category. The property is managed by Cousins Properties, with Greta Miller serving as Property Manager.

17 Executive Park was recognized in the under 100,000-square-foot category. The property is managed by Lincoln Property Company, with Amanda McCallum serving as Property Manager.

The TOBY Awards recognize excellence in commercial property management, operations, and tenant experience across the industry.

Both winners will advance to the BOMA International TOBY competition, taking place June 27–30 in Long Beach, California.
