CRE Insight Journal Awards
The CRE Insight Journal Awards celebrate excellence in commercial real estate companies and buildings. BOMA Georgia partners with CRE Insight Journal to promote the awards program. Real estate companies may apply to be recognized for Excellence in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and/or Excellence in Collaborative Service. Buildings may apply to be recognized for Excellence in Tenant Care; Excellence in Environmental Sustainability; and/or Excellence in Collaborative Service.

BOMA 360 Performance Program
The BOMA 360 Performance Program evaluates buildings against industry best practices in six major areas: building operations and management; life safety, security and risk management; training and education; energy; environmental, sustainability and wellness; and tenant/occupant relations and community involvement. Individual buildings that satisfy the requirements in all six areas are awarded the BOMA 360 designation.

TOBY Awards
The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY®) Award is the commercial real estate industry’s highest recognition, honoring excellence in commercial building management and operations in specific categories of building type or size. Buildings that win a BOMA Georgia TOBY Award then advance to the BOMA Southern Region competition. Regional winners in the United States and throughout the world compete to earn a BOMA International TOBY Award.

BOMA BEST
BOMA BEST is a series of programs that are both certifications and building management tools. The program encourages smart and sustainable solutions for existing buildings, promoting health, efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and low-carbon performance. The certification represents a globally recognized symbol of achievement.
