Full refund up to 2 weeks before start of class. 50% refund after 1 week before start of class. No refunds less than 1 week before the start of class.

BOMA Luncheons

Full refund up to one week before event; no refunds after. No substitutions.

BSSO Programs

No refunds or substitutions.

BTO Breakfast

Full refund up to one week before event; no refunds after. No substitutions.

BTO Lunches

Full refund up to one week before event; no refunds after; no penalty for transfer from one lunch to another in same month. No substitutions.

Certificate Courses
